SHARE SHARE SHARE.......It's alot a nights I can't sleep and I'm up thinking about what I need to be doing for me and my kids but tonight my brother DEVON SPENCER S12302 is on my mind heavy he is currently in the Danville Correctional Facility and he is being set up and forced to plead guilty to a crime that he did not commit...
..just a little back ground my brother is currently serving a 14 yr sentence because he was involved in a car wrecked that killed 2 of his child hood friends hes never got to.greive he went from the hospital to jail so i know he's carrying a heavy heart and mind......
my brother just got to that Danville facility less than 3 months ago we wanted him closer to home so that we could visit him but that was a bad idea sometime april my brother called and told us that they moved him to a new pod hadnt Bern there 24hrs and while he was in the shower they did a search and they found a sheet of paper that contains heroin under his mattress remind you my brother gets no visits and my brother has gotten no mail so there's no way my brother could have gotten drugs brought into that facility after they raided the room they immediately gave him a drop his drop came back negative therefore he had no drugs in his system whatsoever so I called to speak with his counselor his counselor tells me that it's NOT devons charge and his drop came back clean so .
I go on to speak with the internal investigation people and they talk to me and tell me that the counselors don't know what they're talkin about now they're shoving a piece of paper in his face telling him he has to sign it which is pleading guilty and they're trying to get him transferred to get this case swept underneath the rug.
my brother has been in jail for yrs he's never been in any trouble that has anything to do with drugs that is not his MO I am trying to bring light to the situation I'm trying to talk to anybody who can help me if someone knows anyone that can help me with this situation can you please direct me to the right people my mother is getting sick behind this because she feels like they are going to Railroad her son
